I want to thank AmeriFreight and especially my assigned customer service agent Cindy Irvin for the excellent service provided to me during a very difficult time. What they did not know is that I was assigned to handle the transport of my recently deceased brother’s vehicle to his son. Cindy made the whole transport easy from the very beginning. I had never had to do something like this and she walked me through the whole process and even followed up when there was a glitch with the transport. Cindy made this transport so easy during this very stressful time in my life. I would definitely use AmeriFreight again and would request the matter be assigned to Cindy Irvin.
