I shipped two cars from California to North Carolina ( 1502040667-GV). This was the first time I have shipped cars. The customer service representative, Virginia, was very helpful and responded to questions quickly. Virginia ensured that I understood the process and spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me and responding to my emails. I appreciate that there were several tiers of pricing, based on my timeline and several options for payment. AmeriFreight also offers several different discounts, such as multi-car, military, and student. The only negative is that once the cars were loaded on the trailer, I had no idea when they were going to show up and I was not updated by the driver when his plans changed. The cars arrived three days later than he had originally indicated, but still within the window we were told they would arrive. It should be noted that this is beyond the control of the broker and is solely due to the actual shipping company/driver. The important thing is that the cars arrived undamaged. For reference, this cross-country shipment took nine days. I would use AmeriFreight again.
