I did some research before choosing a shipping company and looked at several options. So glad I chose AmeriFreight! A different company I contacted told me they were the best option because they could lock in a price up front, and they could offer me the best rate. For the market and my route, the price they offered me was reasonable...BUT I chose AmeriFreight instead and saved over $200 from the locked in price I would have paid at this other place. It's all about customer service and Baylee is a savvy professional! She understands this business and negotiated a great deal for me with a reputable shipper. Baylee took time to consult with me about what I needed ,and we strategized together on how to get the best rate. For example, I had flexibility on timing (window of drop off/pick up), so she used that to negotiate an amazing deal.. Having Baylee in my corner made me feel confident I would (and did) get a rock bottom rate with a reputable, quality shipper. The shipper arrived at my house on-time inspected my car, and documented everything. He explained the process to me in detail, and patiently answered all my questions. His attention to detail alleviated my anxiety about the process. They delivered my car to the west coast on-time, and provided timely updates throughout the journey. I was impressed by the shipper's communication skills and appreciate AmeriFreight's commitment to selecting shippers with high ratings. I know who I'm going to call when I need my car shipped back east : ) AmeriFreight, thank you for empowering your employees to go the extra mile for customers - you care, and it shows. Baylee, thank you for making this process so simple, and hassle-free!
