I had a car shipped from Arizona to Washington. I had never done this before and didn't realize how much of a headache it was. I reached out to multiple companies, although I did receive MANY emails and some phone calls Bonnie from AmeriFreight was the only person who spoke to me like I was a person and not a means to an end. Another company actually was very disrespectful and got angry at me and bullied me in text and Bonnie was willing to reach out to that company on my behalf. She understood my situation and that I had very little money to work with. She was honest with me telling me it would be cheaper to drive but as a single parent with a daughter with a disability that wasn't possible. The fact that she cared enough to look for my best interest meant a lot. I got my car in the time frame they told me I would. The driver even drove it to my home and walked back to the semi cause he knew my daughter was napping g and didn't want me to have to wake her to meet him. The company is professional, reliable and friendly. I hope I never have to do this again but if I do ill be using them
