Some bumps in the road but still awesome

I first spoke with baylee from amerifrieght and she gave me a lot of tips when finding a car transportation company. I ended up picking road runner (huge mistake) thinking they were cheaper and "canceled" amerifrieght. Roadrunner disclosed the cost of the carrier and of course I didn't know that until I spoke with amerifrieght again. I could never get in contact with them, which in itself is frustrating when you have a million other things to deal with when moving. My car was way past the requested date of pick up and stress were high. I got back in touch with baylee from amerifrieght and immediately I was put on the board. I never had any issues communicating with her and honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better representative to help me. My car was picked up maybe 2 days later. My car was delayed but it wasn't amerifrieght's fault nor something in their control. I have no doubt anyone who chooses amerifrieght will be anything but happy with their services. I highly recommend and I, myself, will pick amerifrieght kf I ever need my car transported again.
