No complaints. My rep (Harry) was very friendly, seemed really knowledgeable about the process and super helpful in getting me a carrier to ship my car from NY to CA on a tight schedule even though there was really high demand at the time. He was enthusiastic and always got back to me ASAP. My car made it within the time frame they gave (5-7 days) in good condition. I was even able to load the trunk area with some items since I was moving to CA via airplane.
