I contacted AmeriFreight because of their low quote, and worked with Erica Hudson the entire time. She was super helpful, communicative, and transparent. I could reach her by phone or text which was super convenient for me. And, she explained everything up front and was patient with all my questions. I appreciated that she told me up front that the low quote I saw was likely an underestimate given the current supply and demand. That really helped me set my expectations and made me more willing to work with AmeriFreight. They connected me with Eric's Express M Inc, who gave a 2-day window for pick up and explained they'd give me a 24-hour notice for pick up. The team at Eric's was communicative and very friendly. They picked up my car at a nearby IKEA (this was an ideal sized parking lot) and I took a Lyft home. And, they delivered it to California 2 days earlier than expected! The car was quite dusty, but nothing a quick car wash couldn't fix. Car was in the exact same condition as when I parted ways with it in Maryland. All in all, I'm very satisfied with Erica, AmeriFreight, and Eric's Express M Inc!
