Erica helped me get my car from Colorado to Texas with complete ease. The amount of time from my first phone call to her to finding a driver for me was 30 minutes. The fact that she was able to do this in the middle of the Colonial pipeline shutdown affecting gas prices is incredible. The price she got was extremely reasonable and she was able to book a well-trusted driver that is rated 5 stars and has been working with Amerifreight since 2016. I would say I have pretty high standards for customer service and I think say that Erica exceeded my expectations for a process that can be quite daunting if you've never done it before.
