I worked with Harry Davis to have a car shipped across country. Harry's communication was outstanding and he clearly explained that there was no risk or charge until they secure a carrier and I accept the rate. The rate was more than the original estimate but that is the same with most of the company's that do this because they are brokers that secure spots with carriers and the carrier rates change based on demand. My only issue was that we were charged by the carrier an additional $150 for clothing in the vehicle by the carrier after they picked up the vehicle. But that was my mistake because I thought we could have up to 100 lbs in the vehicle and that is actually up to 100 lbs in the trunk of the vehicle. I dont think it should make a difference but this was not AmeriFreight's doing but the carrier's policy. Either way, the vehicle was picked up on time and delivered on time as promised and it only took 3 days. So we are happy with the service we received and highly recommend AmeriFreight. ?
