Baylee really did a good job of communicating and sourcing a transporter for a route that was hard to fill. I could tell she cared about what she was doing and put me at ease about putting my car in the hands of a stranger. The driver kept me informed about his progress and was a car enthusiast himself, which made me feel more comfortable.
