I would expect a prompt reply from Amerifright. Many times I had to chase them. They don't retun my calls. Had to keep calling & calling.
But otherwise, it's reasonable.
carrier was very reluctant to give any reasonable estimates for delivery. promissed a pick up time. Suddenly changed his mind without inofrming me, picked up another car. Kept me waiting. Had a lot of trouble coordinating with him & getting a rental car.
I do realize certain things are outside his control, that's natural, but not returning calls, not keeping me informed/posted made it worse.
but I still think that carrier was reasonable. There is scope for improvement.
