I had a very smooth experience with Amerifreight Shipping. I needed to ship a Cadillac CTS from Orlando to Chicago but wasn't in a real rush to get it. Having never shipped a car before I searched the web and came across Transport Reviews. It was a great resource for comparing the various brokers. After some research I chose Amerifreight. The reviews were good, but more importantly to me they are a member of the Better Business Bureau. I filled out all of the necessary paperwork online, got a confirmation email and sent my deposit. I then received a call from Amy with Amerifreight confirming the details of the order. She let me know that as soon as they had a carrier they would let me know. About five days passed before a carrier could be secured. This was fine as I wasn't in a hurry and frankly, I was expecting it to take longer. A dispatch sheet was emailed to me with all of the carrier details. In this case it was Red Carpet Couriers who would be doing the actual transporting. They were great, very communicative, letting me know exactly when they'd be arriving to pick up the car and when they would be delivering it. We spoke several time throughout the process, the driver was very friendly and easy to work with. Car arrived in great condition, the whole process was incredibly painless. I would definitely recommend Amerifreight to anyone who needs to ship a car.
