I bought a car online that was in CA to get it to TX. Maleeah was exceptional with her customer service and also following up with the shipment. She was s quick to get me a reasonable quote. She was very straightforward about the process. Since this is just a broker company they just get offer bid to different carriers, but as she said they only work with top of the line carriers and that seemed accurate. I've got tons of offer but choosing AmeriFreight felt like right. I got the quote on Monday, car was picked up on Tuesday and delivered with care on Sunday. 6 days to deliver a car, that's Service, with capital S. Heck, I ordered belt from California on ebay that took much longer deliver. And driver texted me every step of the way. So I knew exact minute I was going to receive my car. Even UPS and FedEx can't provide that much of a personal service. One advice, just because you're a customer, don't be a jerk, treat people with respect and they will take care of your stuff.
