I worked with Harry Davis to arrange shipment of a car from Texas to South Dakota. He was friendly and knowledgeable and explained exactly how the entire process worked. It was an amazing experience and I wish all customer service people were as caring and well-trained. I also spoke with Bonnie and she was also excellent.
