I needed to ship a car for the first time. After comparing many companies (Montway Auto Transport, Sherpa, Auto, GetCarriers, etc.), I decided to go with this company due to reading multiple positive reviews on multiple websites and google reviews, and also because their quote price was lower than most (it was $800, but I ended up paying about $1300 instead due to bad weather conditions and I didn’t want to risk my car arriving late, so I decided to go with the first carrier offered to me). Erica was very helpful, responsive and honest. Whenever I had questions she would always have a answer for me and help me stone any problems that arise. Even though it was not the cheapest, I would definitely go with them again becuase I feel comortable with/trust them due to a seamless process and great customer service experience! Everything went smoothly, which is always a relief since you never know until after the process if it will be that way. I did notice a small scratch on my car that wasn’t there in the before photos, however, I did ship my car in an open carrier and some things are unavoidable and not particularly anyone’s fault. Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone who are first time car shippers!!
