I left a text message on Amerifreight website and Samantha Smith contacted me by text right away. She sent me all the information I need through email and the instructions were easy to follow. I was contacted by Samantha Smith again within 24 hours when I confirmed the order. The car was picked up the next day and the driver came to our neighborhood and picked up the car. It was snowing hard so we were glad that we could just drop the car behind the truck and did not have to sign any documents or talk to the driver face to face. All communications were done by phone. The car arrived several days later than the scheduled delivery date, which worried us a bit but eventually the car was delivered safe and sound! The pick up person has to sign some documents and the driver did not wear a mask but kept distance. Order number 1501978233
