This is the first time I have shipped a car anywhere so I was a bit anxious. Having checked online reviews and the BBB website, I decided to go with AmeriFreight because their reviews were among, if not the best and they were based in the Atlanta metro area, where I live. I opted for the Economy Standby because I wanted to keep cost to a minimum. After reading the terms and conditions I thought these people would just sit on their hands until the 5 days were up and then come back and ask for more money. This was not the case! At 10:12 a.m. on the fourth day (Thursday) the call came that my order had been accepted and the car would be picked up that day. I notified my representative in Colorado to be ready. At 7:30 that evening the car had been picked up and was on its way. I was told to expect delivery on Monday. I decided to go to the bank on Friday to get the outstanding balance. It's a good thing I did because, to my delight, the carrier delivered my car on Saturday, rather than Monday as promised. I had asked my representative in Colorado to take some high resolution photographs of the car before it was loaded just in case anything happened. The car arrived in the same condition it left, except for numerous bug squashes on the front.

AmeriFreight was a pleasure to do business with. I initiated my order on Saturday but this was not a problem as Amy was in the office that day. I requested a Senior Discount and had it applied the purchase of an AFTA. Communicating via email and telephone, she adjusted my order within minutes so I could enter it on Saturday and to meet my pick-up window request of the following Monday. I must admit that I was not expecting such service on the weekend. I was also pleasantly surprised that AmeriFreight did not try to get me to purchase the higher cost packages.

If I should ever require this sort of service again, I will definitely use AmeriFreight. I highly recommend them.
