We needed to ship our Mini Countryman from Miami to Boulder Colorado in February 2021. After reading many reviews we decided to try AmeriFreight, mainly because there was no deposit needed until we accepted a driver for the transport. We received a quote, and when we talked to our agent Samantha, she explained about how the process worked. We agreed to ship with them with a pickup between 2/8 - 2/12. She called us within a few hours with a driver to pickup on the 8th. On the day of the pickup, I was contacted by the pickup company (All United Carrier) to set up a pickup time frame. We set up a time from between 12p and 1p and the driver was there at 12:40p. On time for the pickup! The car was loaded and we expected to have the car delivered on the 12th. On the day of the pickup, I received an email from AmeriFreight making sure that the pickup went as planned, which was some good customer service. On the 11th, the day before the delivery, (All United Carrier) called to say that the delivery was on schedule for the 12th and to arrange a time for drop off. We set a time for 8am. Around 8:20am on the day of pickup, I received a call from the company to let me know that the driver was on his way, but was delayed because of the snowy, icy weather that was in the area. He had to drive slower than usual and would was showing about 45 minutes out. Sure enough, he showed up with the car on the new time and the car was delivered undamaged. This shipping experience was the great from day one of setup, to pickup to drop off. AmeriFreight and Samantha provided very good customer service and communication to me and set us up with a very good company that kept me in informed about my car from pickup to drop off. I didn't have to sit around all day after a time was set up and if there were any delays, they were communicated in a timely manner, so I knew what was going on. Their pricing was about the same as other shippers, but the experience had to be the best. This was my first time shipping a vehicle, and if I had to again, I would use them without hesitation. Very good company!
