The overall experience was positive. If you plan on having your car shipped cross-country, just make sure you give yourself the flexibility and have options ready to go and pick up your car. They were able to meet my ask of a specific day & were only a few hours behind the scheduled meet up time. The driver was great at staying in communication & was very apologetic for being slightly behind. For the headache this saved me, I'd say it's worth the money to not have to take PTO & do a 5-6 day drive by myself.
