Overall our experience with AmeriFreight was decent. The process to request a quote and get a provider set up is a bit painful - the website is very dated and information is exchanged via text emails instead of a nice online form. Coordination took about a dozen emails and phone calls. Our main complaint is that the price offered by the provider they set us up with was more than double the amount we were initially quoted. There should be better accuracy during the quotes process so customers don't waste time if the actual cost is way out of their budget. That said, they were persistent in helping us find a provider, and once we had one the process was smooth. The provider was communicative, showed up on time, and delivered the vehicle on-time and in the same condition.
