I booked with another carrier 6 weeks before the pick up date. Pick up date arrived and carrier keep on promising to pick up my cars next day, then next day... With only three days left before the deadline, I contacted Whitney of AmeriFreight Car Shipping, and she immediately went to work and find me a carrier that able to pick up my cars and deliver in the time I needed. Whitney follow up and inform me every steps of the way to make sure I am always informed. This is my first experience, but all I can say is awesome customer support. I would not hesitate to recommend Whitney at AmeriFreight Car Shipping if you need your car ship any where. The carrier that they used are also first class.
