Everything went very smooth with this transaction.

The process started with a quote from AmeriFreight. The representatives were friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me a quote promptly. I was a little over the deadline to place the order, but they gave me the same price as quoted.

Prior to pickup I was informed that my car would be upgraded to an ENCLOSED carrier for free. Wow!

I was a little worried when I didn’t get a call from the carrier 24 hours in advance. I called AmeriFreight, and they worked everything out. The carrier picked the car up on the next day. He was a friendly guy who answered all of my questions and concerns. My car was loaded onto an un-enclosed truck, but he said it would be transferred to an enclosed truck on a later date.

Pickup was smooth and the car was delivered within 1 mile of my residence.

During the entire process, AmeriFreight was always right there for assistance. I didn’t have to contact them, but knowing that they were always just a phone call away (or even just a Live-Chat away) was very comforting.

The process was smooth and I would do business with them again. Thanks for everything.
