Pickup was on time as expected. Delivery came a day earlier when I had to work but the driver was willing to meet me early before then. The car arrived undamaged. I just wish the expectation about the cost would have been more realistic from the start. I was quoted $981 and ended up paying $1,517 for shipping from Maryland to California. I'm not saying the price is unreasonable, I'm saying customers would appreciate being more realistic from the start.
