I had never shipped a car before so I was obviously apprehensive. Whitney, my assigned rep, was awesome. She walked me through the process from start to finish. She explained all the different options and related pricing. She also stayed in regular text contact from start to finish to ensure I was completely comfortable. She even sent me a text after delivery of the car to make sure I was satisfied. Whitney did a GREAT job!! I could not be happier!!
