Stephen Cole was very patient and professional. He had already fulfilled my order to ship my vehicle when I had a change of plans. I had to change my delivery destination to a new state. I was aware of the policy that canceling after having a contract could result in losing my deposit. But Stephen went out of his way to find me a new courier for the new location and within my budget. So thankful!
