I am 24 y/o and moving completely across the country to California in the midst of a pandemic was extremely overwhelming, but Amerifreight made that process much smoother. I communicated with Erica Hudson who was extremely helpful, quick & informative. She found me a broker within just a few days of initial contact and we began the process immediately. My car was safely shipped and I was able to communicate directly with the drivers (there were 2). My car was delivered door-to-door on the date and time just as expected, with updates every step of the way. Typical road damage did occur but nothing the transport company could've prevented. I recommend you put some sort of plastic wrap or damage protection on your bumpers to avoid the debris from chipping away at the paint. Otherwise, great experience, I even put Erica in touch with one of my good friends who says he also had a great experience with her!
