My agent was Lecia Phillips. She explained the entire process over the phone as well as emailed me regarding specifics like insurance options. Once I was ready for the car to be picked up, it took two days for the car to be picked up. The carrier texted me when he was 30 minutes away from pick up. Delivery of the car to my mom was equally as transparent. Would recommend working with Lecia.
