I dealt with agent, Whitney Galloway. Even though it's very annoying that you can't directly talk to the shipping company/driver and you have to go through the brokers, Whitney was at least honest and straight forward about it and the process was smooth and on time for me. Otherwise this brokerage process in shipping industry is a nightmare.
