I thought this summer would be a great time to transport my car with COVID and low gas prices and all. Turned out not to be true. There was a lack of supply of drivers and prices were sky high. My first AmeriFreight shipping agent dropped the ball and was unable to get my car transported and the price quoted. I was super disappointed. Then Richard to the rescue. He called me, apologized, explained and promised me he would get it done, which he did. He worked a great price and more importantly, the actual driver who moved my car was outstanding. He was very professional and really knew what he was doing. So in the end, very positive experience. Thanks Richard.
