First time using AmeriFreight, the experience was great, a 2,600 mi. trip from Florida to California . It started with Customer Service Rep. Virginia Raynes’ thorough explanation of what occurs from pick-up to delivery as to what is expected by AmeriFreight as well as me the customer, all regulations, fees, insurance , timetables were covered The husband & wife trucking team of Patty & Johnny communicated with me at both ends of the trip, explaining anchoring of my car, route & timing of their trip, answered any questions. All were courteous & efficient. Would use them again..
