I can't say enough about the quality of service I received from my agent, Erica, at amerifreight. I was extremely nervous about the whole process of shipping my car from LA to NY and wasn't sure which companies to trust. after a couple of companies that didn't feel right, I found amerifreight. Erica was incredibly informative, professional, patient, understanding, and most of all HONEST! She was very upfront about the whole process and clearly explained how it works and was able to give me peace of mind about the entire thing. the whole process went as smoothly as possible. the driving company amerifreight hired on my behalf (because as Erica explained that's how this works) picked up and delivered on the exact days I wanted. It might seem disconcerting that the driver needs to be paid in cash upon delivery but again that's just how it works and I had full confidence in Erica and she was able to vouch for the company she hired so I was at ease and the delivery went without a hitch. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking to ship a vehicle and want to be able to trust the company they hire and complete the process with the utmost peace of mind.
