Samantha was awesome! She was super helpful and friendly, even after I had turned down many offers that exceeded my price threshold. Overall, it was a great experience working with Samantha; Amerifreight, however, makes it extremely challenging for customer service reps to succeed because their initial quotes are so far off the mark. I was quoted at $925 and waded through offers as high as $1800 for nearly 2 months before finally being worn down and settling on $1195, a 29% increase from my original quote. Again, this was no fault of Samantha’s and I appreciated her patience and willingness to keep working with me throughout the process. But I would have a hard time recommending this company to someone based on the quoted price vs actual cost.
