I was having some logistical duty getting my vehicle shipped and then I was assigned Customer Service Agent DeJesus. She contacted me within minutes, made sure she knew what I needed, and then worked right away to find a solution. She found me a great driver and all my goals (pick up and delivery dates) were exceeded and her communication could not have been better.
