After going on uship and finding the rates to be so high to bring my Nissan Truck from NC to MA. I googled shipping companies. I found one of the transportation companies from uship I checked there site and placed my order to have my truck picked up and delivered. I kept getting the run around from them saying they were “Actively working with shipper for my vehicle. 3 days later and the same thing. I searched google again and Amerifrieght was one of the tops. I checked it out and used there site to get a price. I was shocked at the rate so I filled out the info. I got a call explaining what Amerifrieght was. How they are a broker and they work with top transportation companies to get the job done.! I said I needed the vehicle picked up the same day, I was told my contact would be Baylee Ivy and she would handle everything. I was shocked when I got a email within 30 minutes saying they had a shipper. Baylee called me and explained when they would pick it up and deliver it. I was told least expensive was to pay part to Amerifrieght and then the rest upon delivery. Done! Baylee kept track of what was going on and gave me all this info needed to communicate with the transportation company. The vehicle was picked up in a enclosed trailer it was well taken care of. Was delivered a day late but I understand issues on the road causing delays. I have nothing bad to say about the transportation company or Baylee and Amerifrieght! Hands down the best company I have worked with and I will work with again when I need to transport another vehicle! Thank you so much Baylee for making my experience with you and Amerifrieght one of the best! 5 stars for sure!
