Before shipping my car from Los Angeles to Atlanta, I solicited quotes from multiple companies, but Amerifreight (especially rep. Lecia Phillips) was the only one that stayed within my budget, arranged for pickup in a reasonable time, walked me through the important considerations,was truthful from start to finish with no misrepresentations, monitored the car in shipment by facilitating 3 ways calls with the driver, and followed up after service to find out if I had any concerns or was otherwise satisfied with the service provided. I am a skeptic by nature and anticipated the usual "bait and switch" that sometimes occurs when dealing with brokerage companies or "middlemen". The overall quality of the service I received exceeded my expectations.
