Good outcome, with some frustration

We used Amerifreight to transport a vehicle from Michigan to Wyoming. Overall the service was good, and Whitney provided excellent clarity regarding options, cost, and so forth. Ultimately their original quote wasn't honored because the sub-contractor required a higher fee. The price was... fine, but frustrating to have the actual price end up being higher than the quote. The other issue was that the delivery date was outside the expected window, as was the pickup. Again, this is somewhat due to the subcontracted trucking company, but again, we did not end up with the outcome that was expected (4 day delay, so not the end of the world). In the end, the price was fine, not great, and the delivery date was fine, not great. The vehicle arrived in perfect condition so all was well
