Firstly, I chose Amerifreight because their reviews were good. I was a bit anxious when transporting my car for the first time. However my Amerifreight agent, Harry, was very kind, friendly, and patient while explaining the process to me. He, also, was very responsive whenever I called to ask a question. The entire process and transaction proceeded as Harry had explained. The agreed upon price was higher than I had expected, but nevertheless was a fair price. My car was picked up on time and delivered within the agreed upon window. Harry called the trucker and monitored the car pickup status to assure that it went smoothly. I am a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend Amerifreight and will use them again, especially Harry.
