I used AmeriFreight to coordinate the transport of a vehicle from NM to MD. My experience was positive overall. I spoke with Erica on a Friday, she did a great job explaining how things worked, emailing required documents. On Monday a transport company, S & N Trucking Express, had contacted her and we moved forward. There was a little break down in communication in that Erica said she would reach out to driver and get back to me, but didn't. Because I had to plan in advance, I ended up contacting the trucking company directly; it all worked out. I feel the communication towards the end could been have improved. AmeriFreight did find S & N Trucking Express for my car transport, appreciate a lot. S & N Trucking Express picked up vehicle on a Friday and just two days later, delivered on Sunday.. Car was in fine shape. They had very good communication.. Thank you.
