After a frustrating attempt at shipping a car with a different broker, I called AmeriFreight and spoke with Milly. She was so understanding and helpful (thanks Milly). She put me in touch with Harry Davis - Harry carefully explained the whole system of brokering a shipment, and guided me step by step to get thru the process successfully. As almost no one understands this system if you are not in it. Harry took the time to make sure I was taken care of (thanks again Harry). Harry and Milly are both examples of what true customer service should be. They are both the true product AmeriFreight sells. Both should be put in positions to teach others this talent. A healthy raise isn't a bad idea either.
