1st Time Vehicle Transport

This was my first time having to transport a vehicle from state to state. I received several quotes (online websites) and calls from brokers which all seemed to say the same thing, we are the best, we use top drivers and haulers except Ameri Freight and my broker Erica Hudson. The initial call with Erica was different. She took about 15-20 minutes to explain the industry and transport process to me first, before even trying to sell me! This was very impressive and eased my concerns of selecting a broker to transport my recently purchased Porsche from California to Texas. After selecting Ameri Freight and Erica to get the job done everything continued to progress with ease and comfort. I still received calls from other brokers (which I received quotes) and told me Ameri Freight was not good and my Porsche may not be picked up. I stayed the course and trusted Erica (great decision). Erica called and explained a carrier offer she received for my Porsche. This carrier was Autobox Express out of Chicago, IL. She made multiple calls to Paul to address the many questions I had. Paul took the time to answer every question with Erica. Erica & I came to the same decision to accept Autobox's offer and move forward with scheduling my Porsche pickup. I also made several calls to Paul and he treated me with the same respect and answered all my questions and concerns. The pick-up of the Porsche from Ron (the previous owner) went exactly as scheduled/planned. His comments were "Truck is here, I walked around and took pictures with Tony (the driver) and completed/signed the Bill of Lading, First class operation, clean hauler." This made me feel really good! Tony kept in touch with me regarding the planned arrival date of my new car. Then Tony called and said he would arrive in 15 minutes, I was so excited! We met at the nearby middle school with a large parking lot in order to easily unload the Porsche. When the hauler arrived, I was amazed at how big it was! He carefully unloaded my Porsche and we went through the delivery inspection process. The Porsche was exactly as it was when it was picked-up. Immaculate condition, no issues! Tony actually spent some time with me and my wife to chat about the transport industry, vehicles he and Autobox Express transport (a lot of high end vehicles!) and the current issues facing the US/World. I deeply thanked Paul for taking care of my Porsche, providing great service and especially for making me and my wife feel comfortable with getting my vehicle transported to Texas. The next day, I called both Paul (Autobox Express) and Erica (Ameri Freight) to express my appreciation for successfully completing the journey for my Porsche. They kept with me the entire process and made me feel comfortable/at ease with my decision to select these two companies. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Ameri Freight (especially Erica) and Autobox Express (especially Paul & Tony) for anybody wanting to transport their vehicle from state to state.
