We needed a car to go from NY to Texas in late May, and back to NY in mid-August. Dealing with Millie at AmeriFreight was easy and she was very nice and professional. The NY to Texas portion went okay. However, the Texas to NY not as well. My daughter had the car and was flying back to NY on a Friday night so we asked that they find a carrier who would pick up the car any day Mon-Fri that week. They didn't find anyone until Thursday and they said they could only pick it up Sunday. So we had to leave the car with a friend (what if we didn't have the friend in Texas?). The carrier didn't show up on Sunday and didn't pick up the car until Monday night (and at a higher cost than initially quoted).
