I'll get the one gripe out of the way and that is the stark difference between the $600 quote I was first given and the $900 final bill. To be honest, it was still more affordable than competitors. I was not pressured into purchasing insurance so that's always good to have someone work with you and not try to upsell. For the rest of the experience it was good, I didn't have to wait a long time for a carrier, they picked up on time and dropped off on time with no hassle. Overall, good experience and I would consider again.
