I had no previous idea of what car shipping was about and how it worked. When I contacted AmeriFreight I was informed and educated respectfully about how it worked, guidelines for shipping, possible cost, dates, etc. Very thorough and cordial communication. All took place as described over the phone and the documents provided with the guidelines were concise and easy to understand. Car pickup and delivery to destination was without surprises of extra fees or other. Contact with representative by phone, text, or email was promptly answered and information specifically requested was provided. Great communication with facts.
