It was my first time to find auto transport companies from Google. I did have a lot of concerns before signing the contract. Yet, Samantha was great to answer my questions or requirements. Although the final cost is higher than my initial quote, I can understand the shortage of carriers during COVID19. Last but not least, I got my car within a week, and the driver called me before the day to give me a time frame when my car was delivered, and we met at nearby parking lot to pick up my car because the driveway in my place was hard for the driver to unload my car. Overall, the agent and the driver are excellent for their service, and my car was arrived in good shape and within timeframe. Hope quote and cost could be similar.
