I was new to car transportation and somewhat overwhelmed when we started the process of shipping my parents car from MA to CO. Lots of red flags when I talked to other companies until I spoke with Maleah at AmeriFreight. She was knowledgeable, honest and very helpful. We spoke on the phone and emailed multiple times. She was always quick to respond and checked in with me throughout the entire process. Once a driver was in place, she reached out before hand, during and after the car was delivered. If we need to transport a car again, we will definitely be using AmeriFreight!
