I previously used this company last year to transport my wife’s vehicle from Boston MA to Los Angeles CA, everything went without any issues thanks to Richard Jerigin, this time it was my turn to do the same and unfortunately not all agents are the same. I called Richard who was promoted to another position, and explain to him the issues he personally handled my care again and got a date within a matter of 2 days and was able to fly cross country to reunited with my wife.
