Samantha Smith from AmeriFreight provided excellent support and communication when I needed to transport two vehicles from a major city in Texas to a rural area in Eastern Tennessee. This was my first time using a transportation service so I was nervous about leaving my cars in someone else's hands. I was expecting some sort of complication somewhere in the process, especially since one of the vehicles was inoperable. I'm very happy to say that this wasn't the case at all! It was super easy to get the process started by requesting an online quote from AmeriFreight's website. AmeriFreight located a driver (EGP Transportation LLC) within one business day! This was on the afternoon of 9/14. EGP picked up the vehicles at 9AM on 9/15 and delivered them on the evening of 9/16. I am still completely surprised with how fast and smooth the entire process was. Samantha maintained communication each step of the way, including reaching out to me after the pickup and also after the delivery to see how things went. I would definitely use AmeriFreight again in the future if I need to transport vehicles!
