This was our first experience shipping a vehicle. We called AmeriFreight after receiving quotes from several companies because AmeriFreight's quote was the lowest. Now having gone through the experience, I think the price ends up being the price no matter which broker you use since transport companies usually come back at a higher price anyway. We may have saved a little using AmeriFreight, however, AmeriFreight will be the first broker we will call when we need to transport again for other reasons. First, their personal service is awesome! We worked with Brian Lauri and the communication could not have been better from our first phone call through delivery. We had his personal line and always dealt with him. He answered all of our questions, responded to calls immediately, and went the extra mile for us to get our vehicle shipped within the timeframe needed. AmeriFreight used a transport company with a 100% positive rating, and we were told the coast to coast shipment would take 7-10 days. The transport company also offered excellent communication regarding pick up and delivery and delivered our car in perfect condition in 7 days. AmeriFreight's Afta insurance offered a great piece of mind since we had 48 hours after delivery to file a claim in the event we didn't see something right when it is delivered. It was never needed which is what we ultimately hoped for! We had such a good experience, I would recommend AmeriFreight in an instant to anyone needing to transport their vehicle.
