Order 1501929574-GC. Overall great experience. The coordinator/customer service representative, Toni, did an amazing job coordinating and keeping me informed for the most part. Only area for improvement was preparation for the post-bid timeline. Plenty of time in between submission for transport and first bid. When bid came in was emailed/called several times at work and told they needed a yes/no immediately and to return 10s of pages of paperwork returned as quickly. It would have been much better to have received even just draft paperwork beforehand for review and discuss time critical nature after a bid is received if that was actually necessary.
