Experience was just okay. The whole industry could use some modernizing. Great communication up front, but once I had paid, communication was a bit slow. Total cost ended up 30% higher than the initial quote, but we had a contract in roughly a week. The transport company did damage the truck in one spot on the rear bumper; not expensive enough to go through insurance.
